The Web Analytics Certification is designed for analysts who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Four year degree (bachelor’s or global equivalent) and three years of web analytics experience within the range of topics described in the Knowledge Required for Certification document.
High-school diploma (or global equivalent) and five years of online business experience, with at least three of those years focused on web analytics experience within the range of topics described in the Knowledge Required for Certification document.

Please apply up to two weeks prior to the exam sitting so there is adequate time to process your application.
The DAA Member Discount is only available by signing in as a member prior to paying.

Part Four: Testing Options
The candidate has a two year eligibility period to take the exam, beginning the day the application is processed by DAA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to candidates within 2 weeks of payment (or intent to use a corporate-member test benefit) with scheduling information. For a Special-Event Exam, you need not partake in an event to write the exam at these locations. Computer Exam: The computer-based testing company will send an email within 2 weeks of payment to coordinate a preferred testing date (available Monday-Friday). An available exam date may require from 1-4 weeks wait. Paper Exam: Email preferred exam dates to the Certification Administrator (certificationadministrator@digitalanalyticsassociation.org) to coordinate an exam appointment.

Following receipt of your confirmation notice you may schedule exam-appointment(s) (available M-F) at any point during a 2 yr eligibility period beginning the day your application is processed. An exam-confirmation & scheduling information will be sent to all candidates by email within 2 weeks of application & either payment or intent to use DAA corporate-member benefits. ** Corporate Member Benefit For those sponsored by a DAA corporate member select the exam option & appropriate "membership status" (below). DAA will later verify corporate benefit approval. Special-Event Exam You need not partake in an event to write the exam at these locations. Special accomodationIf you require special accommodation due to a disability that may impair your ability to take the examination, you may request an exam accommodation. The WAA Certification Board will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible candidates who provide documented evidence of their disability or need for special arrangements. The WAA requires applicants requesting accommodation to submit an Accommodation Request Form which includes current documentation of the disability from an individual qualified to assess the disability. The documentation must identify the diagnosis and nature of the disability and the recommended accommodation.
