Web Analytics Association To Host WORLD-CLASS Symposium in PHILADELPHIA

Symposium to Feature "Customer Analytics in the Enterprise of Tomorrow”

Philadelphia, PA, September 28, 2011 – Web Analytics Association (WAA) will host a symposium in Philadelphia, PA, on November 2, 2011. Taking place at the Ritz Carlton, the theme of the event is "Customer Analytics in the Enterprise of Tomorrow,” and the half-day seminar explores how companies can transform data into insight, product success and enterprise value.

WAA Symposiums bring digital analytics, web analytics, marketing and business professionals together for a day of learning, professional development and networking. This is the second symposium the WAA has hosted on the East Coast, previous events happened in Boston, Austin, and Seattle.

Jim Sterne, named one of the 50 most influential people in digital marketing by Revolution and identified as one of the top 25 Hot Speakers by the National Speakers Association, will deliver one of the symposium’s keynote presentations. Brett Error, VP and chief technologist for the Omniture Business Unit at Adobe, will deliver an additional keynote. Ryan Caplan, founder and CEO of ColdLight Solutions; Gary Angel, founder, president and CTO of Semphonic; Heather Aeder, group director of analytics at TrueAction; Elea McDonnell Feit, Lecturer in Marketing and Research Director at the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative and Daniel Spinosa, CFO of Comcast Interactive Media will also speak. Attendees will walk away with tips for transforming data to insights, strategies for reaching the most effective customer-focused analyses and an understanding of how analytics can help companies help understand and meet customer needs.
