The Measurement Journey: From Conception to Executive

This will cover the process of the digital measurement that was ultimately implemented at product launch, from concept to development & the iteration cycle, through deployment and the beginning of analysis for this new channel.

Key Takeaways:

Why you should set analytics expectations with senior management and key stakeholders prior to launch

Why understanding the structure of the dev folks implementing your analytics vision is key.

Once implemented, what do with the sudden influx of new data?

Speaker: Joe Miscavige, Director of Analytics, PBS
