After years of planning, research & development, PBS launched a brand new 24 hour PBS KIDS live streaming service on both linear television and a number of digital platforms. This will cover the process of the digital measurement that was ultimately implemented at product launch, from concept to development & the iteration cycle, through deployment and the beginning of analysis for this new channel.
