Communication matters. YOUR communication matters! In this fast-paced world of business, are you challenged by unclear communications with your managers, colleagues, or clients? Do you find that people expect you to be thinking, doing, reacting, and performing in a certain way and yet, you are not a mind reader? Have you or they been disappointed by the results?

Expectations are stressful and they can lead to anxiety in the workplace, an environment that is already amped up and demanding. Effective leaders forge agreements with one another. There is an art form to this practice of communication and it’s not difficult to adopt. In this session, Karen described how to create powerful, professional relationships with others through agreements instead of expectations (and rid yourself of disappointments that could have been avoided).
