Nathan Dragoo, Ensighten
Nathan Dragoo is a seasoned digital marketing professional with 17 years of experience in the online marketing space. Starting his career client-side, he worked for several technology and software companies as an Interactive Marketing Manager. Nathan has served as a Strategic Services consultant (Coremetrics) where he uncovered valuable insights for numerous Fortune 100 companies by performing site and traffic analysis, product page and product page tool analysis, checkout analysis, etc. Following that, he was a Principal Best Practices Consultant for Unica—in that capacity Nathan helped plan, design and deliver web analytics implementations until he made a transition into technical sales. Nathan is currently the Director of Solutions Engineering for Ensighten. Nathan and his team of professional Solutions Engineers perform solution demonstrations, high-impact proofs of concept and competitive differentiation to facilitate marketing agility for todays top enterprises. Nathan lives in Austin, Tx where he has resided since earning a degree in Advertising from The University of Texas.
Paul Kenny, HP.com
Paul Kenny is the Manager of the Big Data team for HP.com and Marketing, focused on Business Intelligence Reporting and Data Integration. For the last 3 years, while at HP, Paul and his team has delivered multiple Big Data solutions to capture, measure and report user activity on HP's websites. Paul and his team have been successful in integrating and deploying Hadoop, HBase, and Columnar Databases.
Before HP, Paul spent over 25 years successfully managing, designing, delivering, and architecting CRM, ERP and Electron Commerce applications for Texas State Agencies, and Dell Computers. Paul has completed multiple large Data Warehousing, Reporting/Integration, and Analytics solutions for IXC Telco, City of New York, State of Texas, Dell, and AMD.
Paul is originally from San Antonio and graduated from University of Texas, Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Masters in Business Administration. He and his wife, Diane, live in Austin, TX.
Andrew Koperwas, Adobe Analytics
Andrew Koperwas is a Product Marketing Manager for Adobe Analytics. He has 8 years of experience in product marketing on everything from jelly beans to software. Andrew enjoys speaking with analysts and marketers to learn more about their digital analytics practice and how to they can move to customer analytics. After spending two years living in Austin, Andrew misses nights spent at picnic tables and being among an excess of food trucks.
Tania Shershin, HomeAway Inc.
Tania Shershin serves as the Global Product Analytics Manager at HomeAway Inc., where she is responsible for leading the planning and execution of product optimization testing and providing reporting and analysis of product’s impact on key business metrics.
Prior to a leadership role at HomeAway, Tania was a Digital Strategist and Online Media Analyst at Yahoo Inc. and TBWA Chiat Day in Los Angeles, delivering strategic insights and campaign reporting for search, display, social, and mobile channels of Fortune 100 clients.
Tania has 10 years of experience in the advertising, marketing and technical fields that has provided her perspective into the importance of customer focus and technology innovation for the digital channel. She has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine which included studies at the Vienna University of Economics and an emphasis on global marketing.
Ly Tran, Proof Advertising
Ly Tran is the Director of Digital Strategy & Architecture at Proof Advertising in Austin. She studied Advertising at Emerson College in Boston. Her 18-year advertising career has been dedicated to all things digital. Last year, she was nominated as one of Advertising Age’s 24 Women to Watch.
Ly started at BBDO in Los Angeles doing Interactive before most of the advertising industry knew what Interactive was. She built a digital department from the ground up for McCann Erickson Southwest. After a dot com stint leading marcom programs client-side, she managed Interactive for ConocoPhillips, Dell, American Greetings, Nestle, Harley and others. For the past 6 years at Proof, Ly has lead all digital strategy and architecture development for Cargill, 3M, Honeywell Defense & Aerospace, BancVue (Kasasa.com), Hyatt Resorts, San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau, Subway Restaurants and others.
Joel Wright, Society Consulting
Joel Wright is a Principal Consultant with Society Consulting. He is a digital analytics and optimization professional with 14 years of experience managing startup analytics and testing programs for fortune 50 companies Dell and HP, leading teams and initiatives that did not exist before, sharing knowledge freely and mentoring others along the way. Despite years of experience, Joel considers himself a perpetual student of digital analytics and related technology.
Yuan Wright, Electronic Arts (EA)
Yuan loves the web, is passionate about customer-centric digital analytics, personalization, A/B testing, eSupport, period!
Her proven records of exceeding expectations, making things happen, accelerated industry expertise and keen sense of vision have led Yuan onto the accelerated and diverse career path in this fast-growing digital analytics and optimization industry.
Currently, Yuan is a director of analytics at EA, leading analysis charters around multi-channel WW customer experience.
Prior to EA, at Officedepot.com a top 5 US e-tailer, Yuan was first hired in as a director to start A/B testing, her role was expanded to own the digital analytics, and further expanded to start the Tealeaf business program. Yuan successfully built the digital analytics eco-system from the ground up in a multi-billion $$ site, she also recruited and developed a team of skilled professionals to deliver results.
