Lisa Wilms is passionate about the intersection of employee experience, company culture, talent acquisition, and diversity. As the Head of Talent Acquisition at InfoTrust, a multiple Best Places to Work award winner and digital analytics and marketing technology company, she has worked diligently for the past 4 years to hire  more than 75% of the organization. Prior to InfoTrust, Lisa worked within a staffing agency matching technical talent to companies in the design, engineering, and manufacturing industries. As well, she has dabbled in some marketing roles. Born and raised in Cincinnati, she loves hosting and networking within the meetup circuit of Cincinnati.
