The DAA Mentoring Program reflects DAA's commitment to members and the professional development of the analytics professionals.
How it worksThe program is available to DAA members as a benefit of membership. We recommend you commit to a six-month relationship with your mentor and meet about once a month during that time. As the mentee, you are responsible for managing the connection by defining your goals and setting the meeting times and schedule. At the end of your six-month commitment, you will end the relationship. Don't forget to thank your mentor for their time and help.
Goals SettingThink about different areas of improvement you want to work on with your mentor. Make sure you set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound).
