Marketing Science Lead (Digital Analytics manager)
The Marketing Science Lead is the day-to-day owner of empirical practice for one or more clients, theMarketing Science Lead works closely with agency colleagues to identify, prioritize and address clients’ business needs. This requires understanding of all five sub-disciplines (tracking and measurement, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration and statistical modeling), as well as deep expertise in at least one of these with solid contribution others.The lead also supervises and develops a team of analysts. This includes management of their work priorities, timelines, deliverables and training. Leads are responsible for exposing analysts to all MarketingScience sub-disciplines and developing expertise as appropriate for team development and client needs.


  • Data specialist with clear understanding of data, data management, data infrastructure and marketing applications of same
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven team and project management skills including training and staff development
  • Clear understanding of the role of empirical practice in digital experience design and optimization
  • Consistent track record of timely delivery including complex projects involving multiple stages,components and contributors
  • Aptitude for creative problem solving, process improvement and methodological design
