Sr. Digital Analyst

Our Quickbooks analytics team is looking for a Sr. Web Data Analyst to help feed our data hungry marketing team. We are looking for a curious highly motivated analyst to help us understand how our visitors and customers are interacting with our website.
Primary Responsibilities
The Sr. web analyst will be responsible for the following:
Partner with business stakeholders to track, prioritize, and manage web analytics requests across marketing teams; serve as contact for web analytics and tracking.
Leverage web data and analysis to create ongoing recommendations for improving the user experience, increasing conversion, optimizing marketing channels and informing key decisions.
Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post-test analysis.
Investigate changes to business trends and share learnings of what happened on quickbooks.ca with actionable insights and storytelling.
Act as an internal expert on Omniture capabilities and site tagging.
Leverage data to understand our global business in depth, proactively identify areas of opportunity, and suggest projects to increase user acquisition and improve conversion and retention.
Drive next generation of report automation (Analysis Workspace, Tableau, etc).

Requirements Qualifications
5+ years of experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing data.
Expertise knowledge of web analytics tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst or Google Analytics
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as OptimizeTest & Target, or SiteSpect.
Strong data visualization skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Qlikview or Tableau and Business Objects. Tableau is a nice to have.
Understanding of web analytics implementation and tag management software such as Tealium or Ensighten.
Experience working with granular (cookie/event level) web data to analyze traffic, page navigation and web channel attribution.
Experience working with SaaS-based metrics including user acquisition, conversion and retention and/or product usage.
Some experience with SQL or TSQL is a nice to have.
Statistical modeling experience, including attribution modeling and predictive modeling.
