DAA's Seattle Symposium Leaps into Future with Spotlight on Value of Predictive Analytics

Wakefield, MA – October 18, 2012 – The Digital Analytics Association (DAA), formerly the Web Analytics Association (WAA), today announced that they will host the third annual Seattle Symposium at the Microsoft Conference Center in Redmond, WA, from noon to 7:00 p.m. on November 7. The focus of this event is "Predictive Analytics: Moving Up From Reporting,” and it will be filled with information regarding analytics topics such as predictive marketing, media mix modeling, real-time reporting, segmentation, data visualization and personalization. Attendees will gain invaluable knowledge from more than 10 digital analytics experts, as well as have the opportunity to meet and network with many professionals in the industry.

The symposium will feature presentations from experts who are at the frontier of digital analytics. John Bates, from Adobe, will give an illuminating presentation on how predictive marketing is a game changer, and Oliver Rutz, of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, will share the results of his groundbreaking research into paid, owned and earned media in an integrated marketing mix strategy. Additionally, a panel presentation will tackle popular and emerging trends in today’s analytics realm.
