Michele Kiss
Web Analytics Demystified

Michele Kiss is a recognized digital analytics leader, with experience in web, mobile, marketing and social analytics. Her experience ranges across a variety of verticals, including ecommerce, telecommunications and technology, automotive, restaurant, travel and home building, as a client-side, consultant and agency practitioner. Michele is currently a Partner at Web Analytics Demystified, the global leader in digital analytics consulting, responsible for their analysis and analyst mentoring practice. 

Christopher Macauley, VP Director of Marketing Intelligence

Christopher Macauley is VP Director of Marketing Intelligence at T3, where he oversees the creative application of data to every facet of the agency’s technology-driven work.  In addition to concentrations in Mobile analysis and for Telecommunications clients including MetroPCS, Sprint-Nextel, and Windows Phone, he has delivered innovative analysis for diverse brands such as Visa, Nike, LucasArts, and the Gap. Since joining T3 in 2010, his focus has been to measure ideas across channels and devices to promote innovation and guide development, working to visualize T3’s work. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UCLA, he spent nearly a decade statistical and predictive modeling for longitudinal studies at the university before trekking north to work with digital agencies from AKQA to BSSP. 

Laura MacTaggart, Director, Web Analysis & Optimization, Salesforce

Laura MacTaggart leads Salesforce's web analysis and optimization team focusing on improving the online experience through persona identification, targeting, and frequent testing.  Laura has been with Salesforce for 3 years, during which time she rebuilt the web analysis team and created a profitable testing program.  Prior to Salesforce, Laura consulted clients on the implementation of web analytics solutions and completed analysis to recommend how to improve the performance of the online channel.

Pete McRae, Marketing Technology Development team for Symantec's eBusiness organization

Peter has held marketing, business intelligence, and development roles in his four years at Symantec. Currently, he leads the Marketing Technology Development team for Symantec's eBusiness organization. Peter and his team are chartered with building and integrating technology solutions with Symantec's platforms to enhance marketing capabilities and deliver better customer experiences. Previously, Peter was a part of the team that built Symantec's world class optimization program.     

Joe Megibow, SVP and General Manager of Omni-Channel eCommerce at American Eagle Outfitters

Joe Megibow is the SVP and General Manager of Omni-Channel eCommerce at American Eagle Outfitters. In his role, Joe has global P&L responsibility for the American Eagle and Aerie online businesses (desktop and mobile), ownership of omni-channel customer-facing technology, CRM/loyalty, online marketing, analytics, and customer service.

Prior to American Eagle, Joe was VP and General Manager of Expedia.com, where he had P&L responsibility for the US with direct ownership of marketing, merchandising, and operations. In this role, Joe led the first year of growth in five years, and launched the successful "Find Yours" brand campaign.

Joe also held the role of VP, Mobile and eCommerce Optimization, with global product management responsibilities of search, checkout, and all mobile initiatives, as well as ownership of analytics, optimization, and site experimentation. Joe joined the Expedia, Inc. family in 2006, heading up Online Marketing and Customer Experience for hotels.com.

Joe worked for seven years as a charter employee of Tealeaf Technology where he held a variety of leadership roles. Prior to 2000, Joe held management positions at Ernst & Young Management Consulting, where he launched the Java Services practice, E&Y's first e-commerce practice; and held engineering positions at EDS in their Advanced Technology Group.    

John Miller, VP Marketing and co-founder at Marketo

Jon (@jonmiller) is VP Marketing and co-founder at Marketo<http://www.marketo.com/>, and author of The Definitive Guides to Marketing Automation, Engaging Email Marketing, and Marketing Metrics & ROI.  Jon is also on the Board of Scripted and is an advisor to Optimizely and Newscred.  In 2010, The CMO Institute named Jon a Top 10 CMO for companies under $250 million revenue. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Harvard College and has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Deepak Nair
Head of Digital Intelligence & Targeting Groups, USBank

Deepak Nair has over 15 years of experience in digital analytics, targeting and online technology solutions. Currently, he heads up the Digital Intelligence & Targeting group at US Bank where he is responsible for the technology implementation, strategy, support and consultation for the key platforms in his space. In the early stages of his career, he was an entrepreneur building technology for areas such as eCommerce and web analytics. He has also worked for fortune 500 companies such as Symantec and Acxiom where big data played a key role in business decisions making. Deepak Nair is a gradate of UC Davis in Economics/Business Organizational Studies.   

Krista Seiden, Product Marketing Manager, Google

Krista Seiden is an experienced leader in the digital analytics industry. Currently, she works as a Product Marketing Manager at Google, leading web analytics, reporting, testing, and optimization for the Enterprise Marketing team. She also works very closely with the Google Analytics team on best practices, education, and internal product testing. Krista joined Google from the Apollo Group where she worked as a product analyst responsible for mobile and social analytics. Prior to Apollo, Krista worked as a web analytics manager at Adobe Systems for their Acrobat Services Group. While there she also helped lay the foundation for Adobe's social analytics tool.

Krista is active in the digital analytics community, including holding a position as co-chair for the San Francisco chapter of the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) as well as volunteering as a mentor for the Analysis Exchange. Jim Sterne is an international consultant focused on measuring the value of the online marketing for creating and strengthening customer relationships since 1993. Sterne has written seven books on using the Internet for marketing, produces the eMetrics Summit www.emetrics.org and is co-founder and current Chairman of the Digital Analytics Association www.DigitalAnalyticsAssociation.org.

Rahul Todkar, Head of Global Marketing Analytics and Optimization

Rahul Todkar's interest and passion lies in creating compelling stories with data to enable decision making and informed trade-offs. He enjoys tackling challenges presented by big data and thrives in an environment with data and technology complexities to drive business transformation through power of analytics. As current Head of Global channel marketing analytics and optimization, Rahul leads analytics efforts to drive new user acquisition, x-sell, upsell and multi-channel, multi-device experience across Intuit’s Small Business Group. In this role, Rahul oversees all aspects of analytics, optimization and data strategy including digital (web and mobile) analytics, offline/online marketing spend optimization, statistical modeling, segmentation, media mix modeling, cross-channel attribution, personalization and people, tools, vendor management.Prior to Intuit, Rahul has held advancing positions with significant responsibilities at analytics powerhouses eBay/PayPal and Capital One. Throughout his career, Rahul and his team have delivered multiple high impact growth initiative across the analytics spectrum with a total of $150+ mm in revenue impact. In his spare time, Rahul enjoys spending time with family, playing/following his favorite sports and using his analytics knowledge to better his odds in fantasy football leagues aka moneyball for fantasy sports.
