Michelle Bellettiere, Senior Manager of Digital Analytics, NPR
Michelle Bellettiere is the Senior Manager of Digital Analytics at Digital Services and works closely with stations to help them use available analytics tools to guide their digital strategy. She has worked in analytics for various e-commerce and content sites.
JJ Cramer, Director of Sales, Mobile, ForeSee
As ForeSee’s Director of Sales, Mobile, JJ Cramer contributes to the development of institutional knowledge about the mobile customer experience, influences product innovation for ForeSee’s mobile solutions, and collaborates with ForeSee’s sales team to support clients. JJ has over 10 years of experience in digital research and is an expert in online custom research and customer analysis. JJ holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from Springfield College. He is a former professional tennis player and has been with ForeSee since 2010.
Brian Keefe, MA, Digital Strategist, ICF International
Brian Keefe is a digital strategist at ICF International with deep expertise in health communication, marketing, social media outreach, and project management. Mr. Keefe has worked extensively in the development of health behavior change campaigns and programs, such as the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Smokefree Initiative – delivering timely smoking cessation interventions. Mr. Keefe leads the website and program monitoring activities for the Initiative, ensuring evidence based communication tactics yield desired behavior change outcomes, and co-leads mobile app development and a line of research/evaluation. Mr. Keefe also provides marketing and communication support to a number of other government and health initiatives at ICF. He manages projects focused on health behavior change, communication strategy and planning, content development, social media strategy, online health interventions, and other digital communication areas of inquiry. Mr. Keefe has a B.A. in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey and an M.A. in Communication from George Mason University.
Steve Mulder, Senior Director of Audience Insights, NPR
Steve Mulder is Senior Director of Audience Insights at NPR, where he spearheads digital analytics and insights across the organization, ensuring that NPR and stations have a comprehensive understanding of the public radio audience across all digital platforms. As part of Digital Services, he launched an Analytics Service for stations that provides tailor-made measurement, reporting, and insights for the public radio system.
In his previous life, Steve worked with organizations such as Nokia, Fidelity, Samsung, 3M, and TripAdvisor on their digital strategy, user experience, and design. He is a regular speaker at web conferences and the author of The User Is Always Right: A Practical Guide to Creating and Using Personas for the Web.
Kevin Novak, CEO and Founder, 2040 Digital
Kevin, a 4 time International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) Webby Award winner, is a digital and innovation expert and seasoned executive with over 18 years experience helping organizations transform in the new digital global world.
He is currently CEO and Founder of 2040 Digital providing digital and business strategy consulting to businesses, non-profits and associations.
Before his recent endeavor, Kevin was the Vice President of Digital Strategy, Technology and New Business Development for the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Kevin was directly responsible for AIA’s new business development strategy, partnerships and product development focused on maximizing existing revenue streams and developing new revenue sources. He was also directly responsible for the AIA’s digital and engagement strategy emulated and realized through the web, mobile and apps to serve the Architect membership, the Built Community and the greater public.
Kevin was formerly the Chief of Digital and Education Outreach at the Library of Congress. In this role, he created a strategy and a centralized web services division and education outreach division led the management and development of the Library's extensive website comprising over 22 million items digitized from its collections and served in a variety of multimedia formats. He provided leadership on many Library partnerships and initiatives including the World Digital Library, the Library of Congress Experience, and management of THOMAS legislative information service. He also led the Library's partnership with Flickr showcased via Flickr Commons, and strategic and technical projects and partnerships with One Laptop Per Child, Stanford University, Microsoft, and Google.
Kevin is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA), The American Business and Information Media Association (ABM) and the Board of the Specialized Information Publishing Association (SIPA).
He is the former Chair of the W3C Electronic Government workgroup, Board Member and Marketing Chair for IEEE Professional Communication Society, Chair of the National Research Council/National Academies Panel on Communicating and Disseminating Engineering and Scientific Data for the National Science Foundation, and chair of the Internet in Developing Countries Task Force under the .MOBI Foundation.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences and symposia including IMEX Association Day, ICCA Executive Seminar, Business and Information Media Summit (BIMS), Gilbane Content and Customer Annual Conference and more.
Rudi Shumpert, Senior Architect & Evangelist, Adobe Marketing Cloud
Rudi Shumpert is a Senior Architect & Evangelist for Adobe Marketing Cloud and is responsible for sharing the vision of Adobe’s core services offering. He has been focused on enterprise-level data governance for digital measurement and analytics since 2000, working with various industry leaders and Fortune companies.
Amber Zaharchuk is a Senior Manager of Digital Analytics at MaassMedia, a boutique digital analytics consulting firm focused on analytics implementations, testing, training and analysis. Her experience as a digital analytics professional spans a number of different industries, including news & media, health information, federal government, sports, and telecommunications. Her analysis and implementation work is featured in the Genetics in Medicine and Applied Marketing Analytics journals.
