Anita Andrews, Head of Customer Success & Professional Services Magento Analytics Anita Garimella Andrews is Head of Customer Success & Professional Services at Magento Analytics (formerly RJMetrics, acquired by Magento). Magento Analytics is a leading SaaS cloud-based analytics platform whose customers are primarily ecommerce businesses. Anita’s expertise includes data & analytics, B-to-B and B-to-C platforms, e-commerce, social gaming and viral metrics optimization, product management, online marketing, and social networks. She was Founder & CEO of Sepiida, an analytics and Internet marketing optimization company, whose clients included Zynga Games Network, Haymarket Media, and Coveroo. Sepiida was acquired by Delphic Digital in 2012. Prior to Sepiida, she ran Ecommerce at Nutrisystem, a $750 million subscription ecommerce business, and has held a variety of product and marketing roles at successful start-ups in Silicon Valley. Anita holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. She earned her B.A. from New York University majoring in Politics with a minor in Mathematics. She is a founding Trustee of TechGirlz whose mission is to grow the role of women in technology by focusing on middle school-aged girls. Anita won the Rising Star Award as a 2011 Woman of Distinction from the Philadelphia Business Journal. In addition, Sepiida was named one of the Top 50 Minority-Owned Businesses in Philadelphia in 2011.

Grant Chandler, Analytics Consultant, Domo Grant Chandler brings over 15 years of experience in online marketing and advertising to his role at Domo. He is a seasoned sales leader with experience in providing technology solutions to organizations not satisfied with the status quo. Grant has worked with hundreds of clients over the years, including Disney, Apple, Amazon, HBO, McDonalds, Toyota and Hasbro. He contributes a unique style of leadership and advocacy that are essential to helping clients understand and address the issues they deal with on a daily basis.

Joe Gray, Customer Analytics Manager Project Management Institute Joe Gray leads the Customer Analytics Team at Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI is the leading not-for-profit professional membership association for the project management profession in the world, with more than 750,000 PMP certificants and nearly 500,000 members. Since 2000, Joe has worked closely with customer data and analytics for call centers, paper processing, and the digital experience. This unique understanding of the client experience has allowed Joe to bring a comprehensive perspective to his business partners and shape client-centered business decisions and strategies. Joe has also joined with Information Technology teams at multiple organizations to integrate disparate data sources and enhance data collection to ensure that all of the relevant data was available to continue to drive business partners to drill deeper and always ask better questions. Joe is also a husband, father to two boys and sports coach for anything that is played with a ball.

Eric Johanson, Director of Business Innovation for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Erik Johanson is the Director of Business Innovation for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) in Philadelphia. In this position since 2015, Mr. Johanson is primarily responsible for informing strategic transformation of SEPTA business policies and practices through exposure to innovative organizations and concepts. His portfolio includes SEPTA’s five-year Strategic Business Plan and award-winning Sustainability Program. Mr. Johanson is the former co-chair of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Sustainability Commitment Subcommittee and Sustainability Metrics Working Group. A native and resident of Philadelphia, Mr. Johanson holds a Masters Degree in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Dinesh Malkani, Digital Intelligence Engineering and Implementation Leader at Vanguard Dinesh Malkani has over 15 years of Web & mobile application development and delivery experience, implementing and delivering multi-year, consumer facing enterprise applications for Vanguard.com – the world’s largest mutual fund company. Since the last few years, Dinesh has been leading the digital intelligence engineering and implementation at Vanguard, partnering closely with both the business and IT. Dinesh is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) & Project Management Professional (PMP). In his free time, he likes to read books on various disparate subjects and travel.

Rusty Rahmer, Enterprise Digital Intelligence at Vanguard, DAA Board of Directors Rusty Rahmer is an experienced digital leader, with over 10 years of experience driving digital strategy, technology program planning, and delivery at Vanguard. Since 2013 Rusty has been leading Vanguard’s enterprise digital intelligence program and has since built and managed the firm’s Digital Intelligence Center of Excellence. Rusty’s expertise is centered in developing digital program strategy, inspiring business leadership to invest, and providing program leadership through organizational construction and operational transformation. Rusty also serves on the Digital Analytics Association’s (DAA) Board of Directors and is a member of the Corporate Membership Advisory Council.

Brock Weatherup, CEO and Co-founder PetCoach Brock Weatherup is the CEO & CoFounder of PetCoach - revolutionizing the Pet Health Care experience. Brock is a CEO, entrepreneur, angel investor, builder of enterprise value and is a passionate about the consumer and their interactions with digital media & Ecommerce. Brock is also managing partner of Atai Ventures angel investments; volunteer President of Philly Startup Leaders; co-founder of ICONYC (www.iconyclabs.com) an early stage NYC based Israeli accelerator; an investor/advisor/board member for 7+ startups - VeryApt, SideCar, Social Ladder, Ethology and an industry advisor for VC firms EQT Partners, MissionOG & SafeGuard. Previously Brock was SVP/Chief Digital Officer of Petsmart after selling Pet360 where he was CEO for the prior 5 years. Brock was also CEO of Fathead and held several leadership positions with InterActiveCorp (Ticketmaster, Match.com, CitySearch, ReserveAmerica). A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Brock sits as a board member of the Nature Conservancy – Adirondacks. He is the father of two girls and owner of a 4 year old retriever named Boulder.

Ben Yurchak, Founder and President, KnowClick Ben Yurchak is the Founder and President of KnowClick, a digital insights company focused on measuring the impact of website visitor intentions, attitudes, and interactions on the customer journey. Prior to founding KnowClick, Ben headed client services & product management for several Internet technology & market research companies.
