Simon Dumenco

Tim Degner, Graphics and Communication Designer, Nike

Tim has over 13 years of design experience. Much of that time he has focused on information design, brand strategy and consumer insights. Tim transforms complex data into simple visuals assets. He has created presentation decks & infographics for Microsoft, PepsiCo, Smithsonian, Office Depot, HubSpot & Eddie Bauer. Tim has also made thousands of graphics and prints for apparel companies. Currently, he is a Communication Designer at Nike and lives in Portland, Oregon.

 

 

Brian Knollenberg

Brian Knollenberg,VP, Member Insights and Strategies, BECU.

For the last 19+ years Brian has helped lead, manage, ideate and optimize digital marketing and analytics campaigns for clients such as Verizon, REI, Microsoft, Nordstrom and HP and joined BECU as Vice President of Member Insights & Strategy in 2016. His passion is in solving complex business problems, understanding and using data and designing/optimizing full lifecycle marketing programs. Brian has held a mix of senior roles at both agencies (FCB, Wunderman, Razorfish) and on the client side (Oracle, Corbis and BECU). At BECU, Brian is focused on unlocking member value through the use of data and insights, things that we know about our members as well as things BECU can derive to better serve and build our financial relationship with them. Brian lives in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and 14-year-old daughter – and their 5 year old Golden Retriever.

Sam Ruchlewicz

Jim Sterne, eMetrics Summit & Digital Analytics Association, President, Target Marketing, Chair of the Board, Digital Analytics Association

Jim Sterne produced the world's first Marketing on the Internet seminar series in 1994. Today, Sterne is an internationally known speaker on electronic marketing and customer interaction. A consultant to Fortune 500 companies and Internet entrepreneurs, Sterne focuses his 30 years in sales and marketing on measuring the value of a web site as a medium for creating and strengthening customer relationships.

Sterne has written seven books on Internet advertising, marketing, and customer service including, his most recent, Social Media Metrics: How to Measure and Optimize Your Marketing Investment.

 

As a Founding Director and President since 2004, Jim is the Association's spokesperson and chief cheer-leader, leading the organization to deliver on its mission - uniting and educating analytic professionals, consultants, practitioners and educators.

Marilee Yorchack

Marilee Yorchak, CAE, Executive Director, Digital Analytics Association

Before joining the DAA, Yorchak served as Executive Director of the Colorado Chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA), where she presided over the organization's growth from 75 to more than 500 members. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MBA from New Mexico State University.

She is well regarded in her profession. She was named "Communicator of the Year" by BMA Colorado and "Association Professional of the Year" by the Colorado Society of Association Executives, and, while in graduate school, she was awarded a Kleid Fellowship from the Direct Marketing Association. She is a frequent speaker/panelist at association executive events. She served on the national editorial advisory board for Association News, and is currently the chair of the editorial committee for the Colorado Society of Association Executives. She is also on the advisory board for the University of Northern Colorado Monfort College of Business, Department of Marketing.
