Anil Batra, Digital Marketing and Analytics Consultant
Anil is a seasoned Digital Marketing and Analytics consultant with 15 years of experience. Anil has worked with companies ranging from Fortune 50 to startups and has helped their Digital channels improve business results.
Anil’s customers include Microsoft, SmartMoney.com, ESPN, T-Mobile, Hoovers, RealNetworks, Starbucks, and TheStreet.com. Anil holds a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India and an MBA from University of Washington, Seattle. He has taught and trained several Digital Marketing and Analytics folks in the past 9 years of teaching at UBC, University of Washington, Bellevue College and speaking engagements at various conferences as well as his blog: webanalysis.blogspot.com.
He also served on the Board of Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and was instrumental in starting the DAA Symposiums.
June Li, is the Founder and Managing Director of ClickInsight, an analytics consultancy focused on extracting value by analyzing & optimizing digital behavior. ClickInsight is a Google Certified Partner in Google Analytics, a Google Analytics Premium Reseller, and also works with Adobe, Ensighten, Tealium & any other tool that will yield meaningful insights. A recognized independent expert in Digital Analytics and a Certified Web Analyst, June is an instructor at the University of Toronto, and has worked with the Digital Analytics Association for over 10 years, helping create their online Digital Analytics Course Program in collaboration with the University of British Columbia, and leading DAA Base Camp workshops.
Lea Pica is an educator of thousands of digital analysts, marketers, SEM/SEOs, and consultants who want to present data stories that inform decisions, inspire ideas, galvanize into action, and communicate the value of their work. She hosts the industry-recognized Present Beyond Measure® Podcast, and blogs about stellar data presentation at LeaPica.com. Lea is a seasoned digital analytics practitioner, social media marketer, and blogger with over 15 years of experience building search marketing and web analytics practices for companies like Scholastic, Victoria's Secret, Ralph Lauren, and Prudential. She's trained practitioners in companies like CVS, Starwood, Hyatt, LexisNexis, and Kelley Blue Book. One day, Lea noticed that no one was taking action when she presented data and completed transformed her approach to actionable data visualization. After seeing massive results in informing decisions and effecting organizational change, she became passionate about teaching other practitioners how to do the same using neuroscience-based principles of information sharing. Lea's greatest passion is the stage, which is her platform for empowering digital analytics and marketing practitioners to present information in a way that inspires action and creates indispensability.
Rebeca Pop, is the founder of Vizlogue, a Data Visualization and Storytelling Lab that offers training and consulting services. Vizlogue's mission is to help companies and organizations communicate more effectively with data. Rebeca has delivered presentations to over 2,000 participants all around the world. Her workshops are grounded in a deep understanding of adult learning strategies and combine hands-on exercises with feedback sessions and real-life examples.
Jim Sterne, Founder, eMetrics Summit
Jim Sterne has been in data processing since 1979, an online marketing consultant since 1993, and an online marketing analytics consultant since 2000. Sterne focuses on proving the value of digital communication as a medium for creating and strengthening customer relationships. He is the founding presclassent of the Digital Analytics Association and producer of the eMetrics Summits. Sterne was named one of the 50 most influential people in digital marketing by the United Kingdom’s premier interactive marketing magazine and one of the top 25 Hot Speakers by the National Speakers Association, to which he credits his degree in Shakespeare. He has consulted to some of the world’s largest companies; lectured at MIT, Stanford, USC, Harvard, and Oxford; and sat on a plane to Las Vegas grading the CRM strategy plans of a Nigerian mobile phone company for a course he taught in Singapore produced by a training company in Shanghai. Sterne is the author of 15 books on online marketing and analytics including his latest, "Artificial Intelligence for Marketing: Practical Applications" (Wiley, August, 2017)
